the Team

Barbara Murakami

Barbara Murakami lives in Düsseldorf and has been a Shiatsu practitioner and teacher for many years. Because she wants to accompany her shiatsu clients on the physical as well as on the psychological and spiritual level, she always incorporates her experiences from her training in psychosynthesis, clean language and focusing into her shiatsu treatments.

Claudia Per

Claudia Per is a complementary therapist using the Shiatsu method and runs the Institute for Complementary Therapy IKT. How can communication and thus togetherness and connection succeed? Exploring this and always discovering something new is a fascinating journey in Clean Language, which is used very successfully  in her therapeutic and supervisory work.

Maria Illgen

Maria Illgen translated Nick’s book „Words That Touch“ into German. She uses and teaches Clean Language in Shiatsu. It’s about becoming aware of the individual embodied truth. And what a powerful practice: to do less and be mindful with what is.

Nick Pole

Nick Pole Masunaga said Shiatsu is like 'a Zen between two people', and Clean Language feels like that to me. I have been practising and teaching how to combine language and bodywork for 20 years and my book 'Words That Touch' is a practical guide to navigating that magical space between mindful inquiry and silent touch.

Philipp Walz

Philipp Walz loves language and has found in Clean Language a way to communicate and practice with Shiatsu-clients and Shiatsu-students, so that they find their own language. Therefore we are guided by what we feel and not what we “see”.

Yves Bruggmann

Yves Bruggmann – Yves Bruggmann is a trained naturopathic practitioner and craniosacral therapist, where he integrates bodywork with the principles of Clean Language. He is the director of the Cranioschule in Zurich, a renowned institution offering training in craniosacral therapy, and he emphasizes the therapeutic power of subtle body awareness combined with effective communication.
